Overview

The Dashboard is the quickest way to get a big-picture view of your SalesPad Cloud company's performance, status, and health. Think of the Dashboard as your home base while using SalesPad Cloud. SalesPad Cloud also offers Dashboard reports in the Customers and Sales modules. These reports are designed to be readily accessible, simple to view, and easy to understand.

SalesPad Cloud Dashboard

You can access the Dashboard at any time by selecting Dashboard from the left-hand side of the screen.

The top portion of the Dashboard contains a helpful checklist of steps you will want to complete in order to get the most out of SalesPad Cloud. If a step is not checked, click the link to jump to the page you need in order to complete that step. To the right of the checklist is a quick summary of any new company activity within the last week. Click on an entry for details.

The middle portion of the Dashboard contains a pie chart for each module with active Workflows. The pie charts break down Workflow activity for you in an easy-to-read fashion. Each Workflow is represented by a separate color, and the pie chart demonstrates how much money is currently present in each Workflow.

The bottom portion of the Dashboard gives you insight into the status and health of your integrations. If the rectangle to the far right of the ingtegration is green, the integration is currently active. If it is a dark gray, the integration has either not been set up, or there is an issue with it. To jump into the System Settings for the integration, click the integration's gear icon.

For information on amount of data exchanged over the life of the integration, click the down arrows on the far right.
